Reporting & moderation

1. Report content

Any user can report a listing, message, review, or profile by writing to contact@muslicreators.com with the relevant link and the reason for the report. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent and a reasoned decision will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Prohibited content

• Illegal, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Counterfeiting, infringement of copyright, or violation of image rights.
• Scams, fake reviews, identity theft, abusive multi-accounting.
• Requesting to pay or receive payment outside of the platform.

3. Possible actions

Depending on the severity: warning, content removal, delisting of the listing, suspension of related payments, account suspension or permanent deletion, reporting to the authorities.

4. Appeal a decision

Any moderation decision can be appealed by email within 30 days. The case will be reviewed by someone who was not involved in the initial decision.

5. Emergencies

Content presenting an immediate danger to anyone is handled with priority and may be forwarded without delay to the competent authorities.
