Niyah Digital LLC operates a marketplace connecting clients with independent service providers. The service contract is concluded directly between the client and the service provider. MusliCreators acts as a technical intermediary and payment operator via Stripe.
The order is formed when the client accepts the offer and proceeds to payment on the platform. An order summary is displayed before payment (service details, delivery timeframe, total price including tax, fees).
Payments are processed by Stripe. Funds are held until delivery is approved, then paid out to the service provider after deducting fees. Any payment made outside the platform is prohibited, forfeits all protections for the parties, and excludes all liability on the part of MusliCreators.
The service provider delivers via the platform within the stated timeframe. The client has a review period; in the absence of a response, the order is deemed accepted and funds are released.
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the client's prior express consent, nor to digital content provided immediately following express waiver. By confirming an order whose performance begins immediately, the client expressly accepts this waiver.
Refund requests are processed according to the refund terms. MusliCreators offers free mediation between the parties. If unresolved, the consumer may turn to a consumer mediator or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply under the conditions provided by law, at the expense of the seller/provider.
