Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

Niyah Digital LLC, reachable at contact@muslicreators.com, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected on the platform.

2. Data Collected

  • Account : last name, first name, email, password (hashed), role (creator / brand).
  • Creator profile : handle, bio, city, specialties, portfolio photos & videos, rates.
  • Identity verification (optional): ID document, retained for the duration of verification then deleted.
  • Payments : transaction and subscription histories. Banking details are managed by Stripe and never pass through our servers.
  • Messages : content exchanged via internal messaging, retained for mission traceability. It may be viewed by the MusliCreators team (administrators only) for security, moderation, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
  • Technical data : IP address, browser type, connection logs (retention period: 12 months).

3. Purposes & Legal Bases

  • Provide the matchmaking service (contract performance).
  • Manage payments, invoices, and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • Ensure security, prevent fraud, and moderate content (legitimate interest).
  • Send transactional emails related to orders (contract performance).
  • Send the newsletter (consent, revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link).

4. Processors & Recipients

Your data is hosted in the European Union. Our main sub-processors:

  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting and database (EU).
  • Stripe — payment processing (EU / US, standard contractual clauses).

No data is sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention Periods

  • Active account: for the entire duration of use.
  • Deleted account: erased within 30 days, except for legal obligations (invoicing: 10 years).
  • ID document: deleted as soon as verification is completed.
  • Technical logs: 12 months.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, as well as the right to set post-mortem directives. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@muslicreators.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

MusliCreators only sets cookies strictly necessary for operation (session, authentication, security). No advertising tracking or third-party profiling cookies are used without your explicit consent. You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.

8. Security

Hashed passwords, breach check (HIBP), encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, role-based access control (RLS), administrator access logging.
