MusliCreators is a marketplace connecting halal brands with Muslim creators. The platform facilitates discovery, collaboration, and the completion of creative projects (UGC, photography, design, social media) in accordance with Islamic values.
Registration on MusliCreators is free for both brands and creators. It is subject to full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
MusliCreators charges a commission on each completed project via the platform:
Payments are secured via our payment provider Stripe. Funds are released to the creator upon delivery approval, minus commissions.
Signing up and using MusliCreators is completely free for both creators and brands. No paid subscription is offered. Only service payments between clients and creators are subject to the service fees indicated above.
Creators agree to produce content aligned with halal values (no haram music, modesty observed, message compatible with Islam), strictly adhere to brand briefs, and deliver content within the agreed deadlines.
Brands agree to provide a clear and complete brief, make payments within agreed deadlines, and treat creators with respect and professionalism.
In the event of a dispute between a brand and a creator, the MusliCreators team steps in to mediate within 72 hours to seek an amicable resolution.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a persistent dispute, the competent court shall be the court of Paris.
